The Journal is committed to maintaining the highest standards of publication ethics, editorial integrity, transparency, and scientific quality. All manuscripts submitted to the Journal are evaluated based on their scholarly merit, originality, scientific validity, and relevance to the journal's scope. Editorial decisions are made independently and without discrimination based on race, gender, nationality, religious belief, institutional affiliation, or political philosophy.
Authorship should be limited to individuals who have made substantial contributions to the conception, design, data acquisition, analysis, interpretation, drafting, or critical revision of the manuscript. All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript and agree to its submission for publication. Individuals who have contributed to the work but do not meet authorship criteria should be acknowledged appropriately.
Contributors who do not qualify for authorship but have provided technical assistance, editorial support, funding, administrative assistance, or other valuable contributions should be recognized in the Acknowledgements section. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission from acknowledged individuals when required.
Any request to add, remove, or rearrange author names after manuscript submission must be submitted in writing to the Editorial Office. Such requests must include a clear explanation for the change and written consent from all authors, including those being added or removed. The Journal reserves the right to reject requests that do not meet ethical authorship standards.
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original, have not been published previously, and are not under consideration by another journal. Submission of a manuscript implies that all authors have approved the content and agree to comply with the Journal's editorial and ethical policies.
All manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer-review process. Each submission is initially assessed by the editorial team for suitability and compliance with journal requirements. Eligible manuscripts are reviewed by independent experts in the relevant field. Editorial decisions are based on reviewer comments, scientific merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope. The Editor-in-Chief retains final authority over publication decisions.
Authors, reviewers, and editors must disclose any financial, professional, institutional, or personal relationships that could influence the objectivity of the research or editorial process. Potential conflicts of interest should be declared at the time of submission or review.
Research involving human participants or animals must comply with applicable national and international ethical standards. Studies involving humans must have received approval from an appropriate ethics committee or institutional review board. Animal studies must follow recognized animal welfare guidelines and ethical regulations.
For research involving human participants, informed consent must be obtained from all participants or their legal representatives before inclusion in the study. When identifiable information is published, explicit written consent for publication must also be obtained.
Editors and reviewers must treat all submitted manuscripts as confidential documents. Information regarding submitted manuscripts shall not be disclosed to anyone except those directly involved in the editorial and review process. Unpublished information obtained through peer review must not be used for personal advantage.
The Journal does not tolerate research misconduct in any form, including plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, duplicate publication, citation manipulation, image manipulation, authorship abuse, and peer-review manipulation. Allegations of misconduct will be investigated according to established ethical procedures and may result in manuscript rejection, correction, retraction, or notification of relevant institutions.
When significant errors or ethical concerns are identified in published articles, the Journal may issue corrections, expressions of concern, or retractions as appropriate. Such actions are intended to preserve the integrity and accuracy of the scholarly record.
Authors may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a detailed written explanation to the Editorial Office. Complaints regarding editorial processes, peer review, or publication ethics will be handled fairly, confidentially, and in accordance with the Journal's established procedures.
Authors must disclose the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools in the preparation of manuscripts. AI tools cannot be listed as authors because they cannot assume responsibility for the content. Authors remain fully responsible for the accuracy, originality, integrity, and ethical compliance of all submitted work generated with the assistance of AI technologies.
Authors retain responsibility for ensuring that all materials included in their manuscripts comply with copyright requirements. Upon publication, articles are distributed according to the licensing terms specified by the Journal. Authors are responsible for obtaining permission to reproduce copyrighted material when necessary.
